  • The first step involves opening the Microsoft Outlook application in your computer. For this, you can either click on the Outlook desktop icon, or select the application from the Windows Start menu.
  • Once it is opened, you need to click on the Mail option, which you can find in the File menu. Now, click on the New option, followed by Search Folder from the Mail menu.
