Java program is created by Sun Microsystems, a leading developer of computer software and provider of information technology services. Enable Java plug-in for Internet Explorer 7 and 8
  • Launch Internet Explorer browser on your computer.
  • Go to the Tools menu at the top of the window and click on Internet Options. This will bring up the Internet Options window.
  • Click on the Programs tab and then click on Manage add-ons button. 
  • Here you can find the Java plug-in. Single-click the Java plug-in to select it. Now click on Enable. Repeat the process for each Java plug-in listed.
  • If you are using Internet Explorer 7, click the OK button and if it is IE 8, click Close to exit from the Manage add-ons dialog box. 
  • Finally click OK to close the Internet Options window. If you have any open browser windows, close them. Now that you have enabled Java plug-in, all Java-based applications will function properly next time you start the Internet Explorer.

  • Launch Internet Explorer browser on your computer.
  • Go to the Tools menu at the top of the window and click on Internet Options. This will bring up the Internet Options window.
  • Click on the Security tab and then click on Custom Level button. 
  • Scroll down to the section labeled Java VM/Java permissions and select the Low, Medium or High safety option.
  • Click OK twice to close the open dialog boxes, and then close all open browser windows. The Java plug-in will function properly the next time you start Internet Explorer.
