  • Select the checkbox for Manually configure server settings or additional server types, and press the Next button.
  • Select the option, Internet E-mail. Proceed to the next window by clicking on the Next button.
  • You will be asked to enter your full name, email address, incoming mail server, account type, user name and password in the Internet E-mail settings page. 
  • Set pop3.email.msn.com as your incoming mail server.
  • Make sure that you set smtp.email.msn.com as your outgoing mail server.
  • Select MSN account name as your user name. You can use the MSN password as your password for setting up MSN Email in Outlook. Set your account type as POP3.
  • Click on the option Test Account Settings to check for any errors. If no errors are reported, click the Next button to go forward. Keep going forward until you come across the Finish option.
  • Exit the Set Up option and start sending e-mails to your dear and near ones.
