- In the first step, you need to open Microsoft Outlook 2007 in your computer. Now, select the Tools option followed by Account Settings.
- Now, you can choose the New option from the Email tab. Go to the Add New E-mail Account dialog box and select the following options in order: Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP, or HTTP. Now, click Next.
- In the next step, you need to choose the option Manually configure server settings or additional server types checkbox and then click on Next.
