Snap Attack Now Available For Windows 8.1 And Windows Phone

It was reported recently that the new puzzle game Snap Attack would go live on the Windows Phone Store and the Windows Store. It seems that this report is correct, as the game has made its official appearance in the Windows Phone Store and Windows Store. "Wordament Snap Attack is a brand-new, fast-paced word-building tournament that challenges your brain in 2 1/2-minute rounds. Players from around the world compete on the same board, using the same clock, making as many Snaps as possible. At the end of each round, a real-time leaderboard shows how all participants ranked by score," says the description of the app.

The game is very easy to play and as a player, you will have two and half minutes. Your task is to make as many snaps as possible in the stipulated time. Snaps are the words that the player makes, the more words the player makes during the given time, the higher the score of the player will be. This game is a free, scrabble type game in which the players get seven letters that they can use over and over to make words during the two and half minute time. The letters will snap into place on the game board and hence the name Snap Attack.

At the end of each game session, the players will be shown the words that they could have made and how the score of the player ranks on the global leader board. These details were confirmed after contacting the Microsoft live chat team. There is another similar game from Microsoft called as Wordament, but compared to this game, Snap Attack is a bit more complicated, and it may take a few rounds to get used to the game. This new game may not help Microsoft to catch Google and Apple in the mobile space, but may appeal to the users who use the platform.

Snap Attack was launched in the Windows Store for Windows 8.1, Windows Phone 8 and 8.1. The versions of the game that are meant for iOS and Android are also ready but they will not be released until summer. If you wish to know more on the Snap Attack game on Windows Phone and Windows 8.1, you can contact the Microsoft live chat team. They will be able to provide you with more details on the release of the game.
